Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership and work culture on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Office of Lampung Province. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 150 employees, with an 80% response rate. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both leadership and work culture significantly and positively impact employee performance, with leadership showing a regression coefficient of 0.362 and work culture 0.253. The combined effect of these variables explains 46.6% of the variance in employee performance. The findings underscore the necessity for targeted interventions to enhance leadership practices and cultivate a positive work culture to improve overall organizational performance. Future research should explore additional factors influencing employee performance and the long-term effects of improvements in leadership and work culture.
