Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) the influence of supervision on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office (2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office (3) the influence of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office. This research uses a quantitative approach, taking a sample of 82 employees at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of this research show: (1) Leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office. This means that if leadership supervision is better or improved, the performance of employees at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office will increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office. This means that if work discipline is better or improved, the performance of employees at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office will increase. (3) Leadership supervision and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office. This means that if leadership supervision and work discipline are better or improved, the performance of employees at the Bandar Lampung Intermediate Tax Service Office will increase.
