Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for "Proceeding ICEBFG"

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Language: Submissions must be in English, ensuring clarity, coherence, and correct grammar.
  • Length and Format: Manuscripts should be between 5000-8000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Use a 12-point font, preferably Times New Roman, with 1.5 line spacing and 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Abstract and Keywords: Each paper must include an abstract (not exceeding 250 words) and 3-5 keywords.
  • Structure: Typical structure should include Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • Tables and Figures: Should be embedded within the text at appropriate points, with clear titles and sources (if applicable).

2. Referencing Style:

  • Style Guide: Use the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition referencing style.
  • In-Text Citations: Should be indicated by the author's last name and year of publication (e.g., Smith, 2021).
  • Reference List: References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.

3. Examples of Common Citation Formats:

4. Submission Process:

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
  • Ensure that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Remove all self-identifying references for peer review.

5. Ethical Considerations:

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.
  • Ensure originality and cite all sources appropriately to avoid plagiarism.
  • Obtain necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used.

6. Review and Decision Process:

  • Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors will be informed about the decision (acceptance, revision, rejection) within a specified timeframe, usually 8-12 weeks from the submission date.
